Glenn Blumenfeld is one of three principals of Tactix, a licensed commercial real estate brokerage firm committed exclusively to representing tenants and other end users of real estate. Tactix does not represent any landlords or real estate developers. Their sole objective is to help companies reduce their real estate occupancy costs by fiercely advocating for their interests at the negotiating table, maximizing competition for their requirements in the marketplace and creating a transparent procurement process so they can ultimately make an informed decision.

Since joining Tactix in 2003, Glenn has managed or co-managed many of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley region including representing the anchor tenants at the only two speculative office towers in Center City Philadelphia in the past 20 years: Cira Centre (Dechert and Woodcock Washburn) and FMC Tower at Cira Centre South (FMC). Glenn‘s other clients include West Pharmaceutical Services, NutriSystem, CDI, Safeguard Scientifics, Blank Rome, Klehr Harrison, Franklin Square Capital Partners, Aberdeen Asset Management, and Hamilton Lane. Glenn has also represented many other corporations, law and professional service firms and institutions.

Having worked with many large, national brokerage firms as a client and attorney, Glen came to realize that the traditional brokerage model was fundamentally flawed in many ways that worked against client interests. He left his partnership at Dechert LLP because he saw a real opportunity to create something special at Tactix and provide more value to brokerage clients. He's extremely proud that Tactix has eliminated conflicts of interest and artificial revenue quotas, hired extraordinary real estate professionals with unique legal and financial backgrounds and created a truly collaborative model. Glenn is confident that he could not have achieved the results that Tactix has for their clients under any other platform or with any other professionals.

Glen is also a senior member of Exis, a a global tenant representation organization comprised of leading brokerage companies in the United States and around the world. Formed in 2013 by 13 original firms including Tactix, these leading brokerage firms are committed to providing pure tenant representation services with an expanded geographic reach for their clients while maintaining the local expertise and personal service of each of its member firms.

Glen hold a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
