Rob Glenn is the founder of The Center for Ethics, Governance, and Accountability (CEGA), a consulting firm which exclusively serves the Non-Profit Sector.

Prior to CEGA, he spent 16 years in the private sector corporate environment. Rob has served on the boards of more than 17 community organizations and has held the top leadership position in 8 of those organizations, several of which required strong leadership during periods of major change. He is passionate about issues related to non-profit organizations (NPOs) and he believes that dialogue among leaders can lead to improved effectiveness, efficiency, and excellence.
